There are three MDP Awards that are presented at the Alliance Annual meeting:

- Best Collaborative Project Award—presented to one state, county or MSS/RPS Alliance who conducted an outstanding collaborative membership project with their respective medical society.
- Recognition of Membership Development Initiative Award—presented to one county, state or MSS/RPS Alliance for their development and implementation of a creative plan or strategy to support one of the three primary foundations of membership growth and development: retention, recruitment of new members, or the organization of new Alliances.
