An AMA Alliance Preferred Vendor, Paul has worked with the AMA Alliance since July 2008, helping its national leadership sort out Alliance priorities and helping the team devise the Alliance's strategic plan. He also spoke at national Alliance events in October 2008, March 2009 and June 2009.

Full-day engagements
Bring Paul to your state or local meeting for a day to work with leadership, committees or the membership. He can facilitate multiple group discussions and/or make a keynote address. Paul will work with your leadership before the conference to understand the specifics of what you want to accomplish ... and he'll deliver.

Full-day appearance rate: $2,000/Alliance member rate: $1,800*

Leadership brainstorming sessions
Perhaps your Board is wrestling with a number of leadership issues and an outside perspective can help move things along. Bring Paul in to facilitate a Board brainstorming session and your Board will view its ongoing challenges in a whole new way. Paul will work with you prior to the meeting to ensure the session the most productive two hours your Board has ever spent.
